More Rewards ID

What is More Rewards ID?

More Rewards ID is a new universal login that can be used to access your accounts across a variety of More Rewards partner websites. If you are registered with morerewards.casaveonfoods.compricesmartfoods.comurbanfare.com or choicesmarkets.com, you already have one.

Your More Rewards ID is your email and password used to sign in on any of the above websites.

How Do I Join

Can I have more than one account?

One individual can only hold one account.

How do I join?

There are 2 simple ways to join:
  • Online - Click this link and select 'Sign up for a new card.' Then follow the prompts onscreen. You’ll receive a printable temporary card to use until your permanent More Rewards card is delivered to your home within 2-3 weeks.
  • Instore at a grocery partner - Visit your local Save on Foods, PriceSmart Foods or Urban Fare location to sign up for the program in person. You’ll receive a permanent card at that time.

Can I pool my points with other More Rewards members or link cards as a household?

Members living in the same household can link their cards together to collect points faster. Visit your nearest Save-On-Foods, PriceSmart Foods and Urban Fare stores at the Customer Service desk as a signature will be needed from both cardholders stating that you agree to have your cards linked. Note: Points will be pooled together, and if the cards need to be unlinked, the points will be divided equally.

Is there a cost to join the program?

No, the program is absolutely free.

Who can join the program?

Applicants must reside in Canada and be of the age of majority in the jurisdiction where they reside, or have a parent/guardian provide their consent, in order to enroll in the program.

Can I join as a business?

Corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises or organizations can only obtain a card through an individual, who will be deemed the authorized representative of the organization for purposes of the program.

Earning Points

Where can I earn points?

Grocery Partners
Present your More Rewards card at any Save-On- Foods, PriceSmart Foods or Urban Fare locations to earn points on your grocery purchases.

Other Partners You can also present your card at other participating partner locations to earn points for everyday living.

Is there an alternative to presenting the physical card when I shop at a grocery partner?

The Save-On-Foods app (for iPhone or Android) allows you to conveniently store your More Rewards card in your smartphone. Alternatively you can use your phone number to receive your savings and earn points, but you will not be able to redeem points by using your phone number.

What should I do if i'm missing points from a transaction?

Please contact More Rewards customer services by emailing customer_service@saveonfoods.com or call 1-800-242-9229. Make sure you have your More Rewards card and evidence of purchase to hand.

Can I still earn my points if I forget to show my card at a non-grocery partner?

With non-grocery partners, the More Rewards card must be presented at time of purchase.

How do I see how many points I have?

Once you have registered for a More Rewards online account at morerewards.ca, you can check your account balance and equivalent travel dollars, as well as view you transaction history, update your account and sign up for emails.

At our Grocery Partners
When you present your More Rewards card at the register of one of our Grocery Partners, your points balance will appear at the bottom of you receipt.

On the Save-On-Foods App
If your More Rewards card is loaded into the Save on Foods app, click ‘My Summary’ to view your account balance.

Can I Purchase More Rewards Points?

No. All More Rewards points are earned through shopping with any of our partners.

Can I still earn my points if I forget to show my card at a grocery partner?

If you forget to bring your card at one of our grocery partners, bring in your receipt within 1 week of the transaction date, and any savings will be refunded and points can be added to your account.

Is there an alternative to presenting the physical card when I shop at a grocery partner?

To earn points, you can show your More Rewards card stored in the eSave on Foods App or provide your phone number at the check out. To redeem points, you need to present your physical More Rewards.

How long does it take for my points to appear on my account statement?

It can take up to 45 days for points to appear on your account.

How can I earn More Rewards points?

Base Points - The More Rewards offers 1 point per $ spent (exclusions apply) at all participating partners like Save-On-Foods, Petro Canada, More Rewards Travel, Panago Pizza and more.

Additional Partner Specific Promotions – sign up for more rewards emails to learn about additional point earning opportunities at participating partners.

Grocery Partner Specific Offers

  • Very Important Points (VIP) coupons - offers substantial bonus points when shopping instore or online. Access these coupons through:
    • Weekly printed flyers on select weeks
    • Save-On-Foods app coupon section. The app can easily be downloaded from the app store or google play.
    • Save-On-Foods weekly email. Sign up at saveonfoods.com to receive these email offers.
  • Product Bonus Points - Each week various products throughout grocery partners offer additional points earning opportunities. Check the flyer or instore.

Redeeming Points

What can I redeem my points for and how?

There are many options for spending your valuable More Rewards points.

More Rewards Travel

With no blackout dates, seat restrictions or booking fees, use your points for full or part payment towards your next getaway or vacation. Redeem your points at More Rewards Travel, for all your travel needs, however, large or small. Gift cards

With 100’s of options to choose from, there is something for everyone. Once you have registered for a More Rewards online web account, you are able to order and redeem online and the order will be shipped to the grocery partner location of your choice, or visit your local grocery partner to pick up a gift card instantly store.


Help reduce the price of your groceries by redeeming points at grocery partners. Watch for items that give you the option to redeem points for free or at a reduced price. The ‘Free is Always Free’ program allows you to spend your points on everyday items such as milk, eggs, ground beef, bread and potatoes too.

How long does it take to receive my reward?

It can take up to 3 weeks to receive your reward unless there is a supply issue. For inquiries on your order contact the store you selected to have your reward delivered to.

I've placed my order online, what's next?

Once your rewards is ready for pick up, you will be contacted by your selected store to let you know. Orders take up to 3 weeks to arrive, however, this is subject to availability.

How do I cancel my order if i've changed my mind?

With the exception of BC Ferries Vouchers, all gift cards and voucher redemptions are final, no refunds or exchanges.

Can I donate my points to charity?

Visit a More Rewards grocery partner near you to donate your points to the local children’s hospital.

How do I return a BC Ferries Voucher?

Please visit your local grocery partner’s service desk, with your active More Rewards card. Proof of purchase may be required.

How can I redeem my More Rewards points if I no longer live near a Save-On-Foods location?

Wherever you live, More Rewards points can be redeemed through our full service booking agency at More Rewards Travel. Whether you are booking a hotel or a dream vacation package, More Rewards Travel can help you get to where you want to be. Visit morerewards.ca/travel or call 844-320-3997 to find out more.

How do I report a problem on the More Rewards website?

What do I do if I can't sign into my online account?

Please contact More Rewards customer services by emailing customer_service@saveonfoods.com or call 1-800-242-9229.

How do I report a lost or stolen More Rewards card and get a replacement?

If you have lost your More Rewards card please visit the customer service desk at your local Save-On-Foods, PriceSmart Foods, or Urban Fare where you can get a replacement card immediately. 

If you are unable to visit one of our stores, please contact Customer Service at morerewardsinformation@saveonfoods.com. Please note that you will be required to answer verification questions regarding your account. Replacement cards will be mailed out via Canada Post and may take several weeks to arrive to you.

How do I update my personal information or email preferences?

Create and login to your More Rewards online account at morerewards.ca to update your profile and to review your account transactions or update my email preferences. Or visit the customer services desk at your nearest Save-On-Foods, PriceSmart Foods or Urban Fare store.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

Points are not transferable from one member to another, except at the time of unlinking cards when the household points are evenly split.
